Reno Art Works Logo
Reno Artworks is an artist cooperative in Reno, Nevada. They take part in large scale citywide events like Earth Day and even organize large art events like Sculpture Fest that take over blocks of the downtown streets. They were beginning to build relationships with Reno and neighboring cities but wanted to be sure that it would still represent the underground roots of their artists. I created the logo using negative space of the graffiti style acronym and it’s become a staple of their marketing work. I went on to do a lot of posters for their events and one of their event logos. I enjoyed the ability to try and blend the cultural and professional aspects as well as their activism into something that represents what they do.
